Course Introduction

Leadership happens on different levels. Believe it or not, all followers of Christ are called to be leaders on some level. Everyone is a leader to someone, and God wants us to understand the power we have to influence other people’s lives. Biblical leadership itself is different than the standard concept of leader many people have. Equipping Leadership will help you understand what God means by “leader” and what his concept of leadership is. We’ll look at Jesus’ model of training leaders and discover how leadership works from a kingdom perspective. Wherever you have people looking to you for an example, there you have a leadership role to fill, and the Holy Spirit wants to equip you to be an example others want to follow.
